Knockers Discounts helps Shopify merchants create product and collection discount promotions and display discount pricing in their storefront. This policy explains what data the app uses and how it is handled.

Information we access

The app may access store information needed to run the service, including the shop domain, products, collections, discounts, theme information, and app session data. The app does not require a separate customer account or external login.

How we use information

We use Shopify data only to create and manage discount promotions, configure storefront display settings, apply discounts through Shopify Functions, and support app operation and troubleshooting.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell merchant or customer data. Data is retained only as long as needed to provide the app, comply with Shopify platform requirements, or meet legal obligations.

Data requests

Shopify privacy webhooks are supported for customer data requests, customer redaction, and shop redaction. Merchants can uninstall the app at any time from Shopify admin.
